New Post – New Home

Well, it has been a very busy year for us here at California Window and Fireplace.  We have officially moved, as I am sure you are aware of now.  Let me tell you moving a business that has been around for 23 years somewhere is no small job.  There was numerous weeks there where my family and I were working 7 days a week with the help of our entire staff.  I am very grateful for not only the quality of our employees but how awesome and willing they were too help us out in moving our business into our new building, our next big step in our future.  I can tell you we will never be moving again!  The building we bought was an old transmission building at 180 Kennedy Ave. Campbell Ca. 95008.  We have removed the roll up doors and installed huge La Cantina Systems, an Heat&Glo Indoor/Outdoor unit and our trademark Marvin entry system found it’s way to our new home as well.  Next came updating the bathrooms, which are very nice now compare to our cubicle sized bathroom at our old location, installing a beautiful service counter where you can find Stephanie, our service manager, and putting carpet throughout the entire building.  We then tackled framing up walls and installing close to 45 fireplaces, big step up from the 20 or so we used to have burning.  They are all pretty much up and running now.  The showroom is open and has been now for the past 4 weeks and last Saturday we had more than 40 different visitors which was awesome and kept my sales staff, including myself on our feet from opening to closing, with little time for a break.  That’s all for now but below I have included some photos to show the progress we have been making.  Thanks for tuning in and check back for more info to come on our new shop and product updates.  Until next time…
